The Priest's Wager
A downloadable game for Windows

Project Name: "The Priest's Wager"
- Background Story:
You play as the high priest of an island tribe. During an ancient ritual, you unwittingly open a sealed box and release a wolf-like evil deity who loves gambling. The deity offers you a deal: gamble with him once every day. If you win, the village will enjoy prosperity and blessings; if you lose, a painful price must be paid. You cannot refuse, for the game has already begun. Your only hope lies in a "Lucky Coin" you accidentally obtained—one that seems to always bring good fortune.
2. Gameplay (Core Loop):
Daily Events: At the start of each day, a random village event may be triggered, requiring you to make an A/B choice. These choices will bring temporary buffs or debuffs. Divine Gambling: Each day, the evil deity will randomly select a gambling method to challenge you:
Coin Toss: A classic 50/50 gamble. Wolf in the Flock: 2-7 cards, one of which is the wolf card. Find the impostor—the difficulty increases with the number of cards, but so does the reward. Fight Bet: Watch an animation of a sheep and a wolf fighting and bet on one side.
Resource Management: The core stat is Prosperity. Victory: Increases Prosperity. Defeat: Decreases Prosperity.
Lucky Coin: An interactive item always displayed in the lower left corner of the screen. Clicking it will play an animation and sound effect guaranteeing a positive outcome—key to the narrative and the final endings.
3. Three Endings:
Ending 1: [Outsmart the Divine]
Ending 2: [The Eternal Game]
Ending 3: [Abandoned by All]
